ACREM, part of Balfin Group, offers an Internship Opportunity at its Leasing department.


Your role:

  • To support the process of signing contracts & additional contracts with tenant entities
  • To support the registration of contracts & additional lease contracts on the “Share point” platform
  • To place the contracts & additional contracts in the relevant files
  • Support in storing contract’s  & additional contract’s data in database
  • To support in the process of preparing files for the submission of contracts to the Central Archive of the Balfin Group
  • To support the notification of the tenant subjects on changes in the internal regulation of the administration of the center as well as to follow-up of the observance of the regulation by them
  • To support in welcoming and offering directions to the right destination to the persons coming to the office who have booked appointments
  • To support the withdrawals and distributions from the Post, and the preparation of documents for the Post and to keep in touch with postal companies
  • To support the staff for the monthly orders according to the requirements / needs of the office
  • Answer calls and transfer them to any department (at the request of the caller)



  • Recognition of the importance of formalizing bilateral relations, which is concretized through a document of legal value such as a contract
  • The importance of preserving contracts and the ease of access to them by others through a common system of preserving materials
  • Ability to organize documents across folders to facilitate their retrieval
  • Ability to store data
  • Following specific processes and the importance of finalizing them
  • Ability to identify and control irregularities that may lead to problems in relations between the parties
  • At the end of the period, an evaluation is made by the relevant manager on the assimilation of knowledge and putting it into practice.


Candidate’s profile:

  • Law student
  • Advantage: to have knowledge or have completed extra courses about the above profiles
  • Fluent in English
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • To collaborate in groups 
  • Be able to also work individually and independently


Additional Information:

  • Office location: TEG Shopping Center, Lundër, Tirana.
  • Attendance of teaching practice: 4-6 hours / day (6 hours will be preferable)
  • The schedule will be determined depending on the needs of the company and the opportunity of the candidate
  • Attendance at the internship: 5 days / week
  • Duration of internship: 3 months
