General job description
- Performs legal and administrative work
- Checks data, records data and makes changes to SIKTK
- Carries out professional and technical work for the maintenance of the cadastre
- Ensures that the content and form of normative draft acts are correct, both linguistically and technically, and are identical in the official languages
- Prepares professional documents for the cadastral and property office
- Performs other tasks as required by order of the superior
General Admission Requirements
- To be a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo
- To have full capacity to act
- To be fluent in one of the official languages, in accordance with the Law on Languages
- To be fit in health to perform the relevant tasks
- Not to be convicted by a final decision for committing a criminal offense intentionally
- Not to have in force a disciplinary measure for removal from a position of public official, dismissed according to this law
Formal requirements
- Bachelor in Law
- To have at least 2 (two) years of work experience in the related field
Essential requirements
- Full and specialized knowledge in the related professional field
- High level of professional or technical knowledge of the respective field and understanding of the fields related to tasks and responsibilities
- Good knowledge of research methods, which will help the candidate in preparing the basic or analytical reports and in decision making
- Logical and analytical skills
- Ability to make independent professional judgments and exercise discretion over issues and make an important contribution to policy development and implementation
- Communication skills and personal influence, including the ability to represent
