Eurosig Insurance Company is looking for 2 Lawyers. 

Main duties:

• Legal representation of the company at the Civil, Administrative and Penal Court, Court of Appeal and High Court;
• Drafting lawsuits, complaints, recourses, appeals, ect, for certain legal issues of company’s activity;
• Drafting contracts and agreements signed by the Company with its customers, suppliers and employees;
• Manages and follows up Company’s legal procedures;
• Represents legally the Company in different legal processes;
• Drafts any other necessary act required by the company;
• Archives one and all legal documentation.

Qualifications and abilities required:

•  Bachelor in law;
•  Previous legal representation experience minimum 5 years;
• To have very good knowledge on the Albanian legal system and especially on the law no. 1007, dated 12.02.2009 “For compulsory insurance in the transport sector” as amended; on the Regulation no.53 dated 25.06.2009 “On the treatment of damages covered by the contract for compulsory insurance in the transport sector” as amended; on the Code of Civil Procedures ,  Commercial laws, the Administrative Code, Labor Code, Public Procurement, ect;
• To have very good knowledge of English language;
• To have very good knowledge of software/ Microsoft Office;
• To possess very good communication and organization skills;
• To be flexible on moving abroad for work purposes.
