AM Group is looking for a Lawyer. 

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Law 
• At least five years of working experience in the related field
• Previous experience at a law firm and as an in-house legal consultant within a corporate setting
• Very good knowledge on the merger and acquisition of companies
• Very good knowledge on the Albanian fiscal and civil laws.
• To provide gained skills from working at all levels of management.
• Good communication skills both in written and verbal form
• Very good knowledge of laws on Intellectual Property
• To have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• To have very good presentation skills
• To be a strategic and creative thinker, flexible with deadlines
• To demonstrate teamwork skills and confidence

Tasks: 

• To convey messages and instructions clearly to collaborating personnel across the business as well as externally to the business’s partners and governing bodies
• Drafts legal documents: negotiating contracts, non-disclosure agreements, company’s legal policies
