Legit is in search of a knowledgeable external Intellectual Property Attorney

Requirements:

• Bachelor and Masters in Law 
• Holding Attorney Licence 
• A minimum of 2 years work experience as an Intellectual Property Attorney or a similar role in a Legal department
• Proven experience of representation at DPPI
• Knowledge of the Albanian and International legal framework
• Excellent knowledge of the law on industrial property, law on copyright and related rights, and relevant by laws
• Familiar with technical and legal aspects of Intellectual Property
• Experience with submitting and defending applications 
• Proficient in Albanian and English
• Ability to conduct in depth legal research
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
